In which areas do you deliver?
We deliver anywhere in North America and Europe. For an additional fee, we deliver to some locations the day after ordering. We also deliver in Africa, Asia and the Middle East.
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Standard shipping takes about five to seven business days. Shipping times may take longer in December and June. Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge for orders over $100.
What should I do if I don't receive my order?
We track all orders from the moment they leave our store. If your item does not arrive on time, please let us know and we will locate your item for you. If your order cannot be delivered to you within 24 hours, we will reimburse the shipping costs.
Returns
Which items may be returned?
Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and must not have been washed or worn. Notify us immediately if an item is delivered damaged. You will then receive the full purchase amount of the item back.
How high are the shipping costs for the return?
Returns are free when you use our prepaid return labels. Repack the item, attach the label to the original packaging and return it to us.
I received an item as a gift. Can I return it?
Gifted items must have the gift receipt to qualify for a refund. The return will be treated like any other return and you will receive a gift certificate worth the current sale price of the item. Please note: Gifts can be returned within 28 days of the purchase date.
